The Bindery proudly joins restaurant row on NE 28th, The Ocean — the latest food pod concept — on NE Glisan & 24th, an eastside Voodoo Doughnuts and many more who are helping to reinvent this neighborhood.

Undergoing an extensive remodel that will have taken over a year to fully complete, The Bindery Team has exposed and sandblasted wood beams, painstakingly removed layers of linoleum to reveal original fir floors, created an atrium with generous skylights and opened up the ground-floor for wine tanks in the underground urban winery. These efforts combined with the modern amenities and comforts of community wi-fi, pre-wired offices, indoor bike parking, and easy off-street parking offer excellent tenant opportunity.

400 – 10,000 SF spaces include a comprehensive TI package and design build potential. Spaces may also be combined to customize a floor plan.

The Bindery will be ready for occupancy in August 2013.
